Archive production is priced for each individual customer. The following factors must be taken into account.

Scanning
Is the material already scanned and is the source material microfilm or a digital file (PDF, TIFF, JPEG)?

Volume of pages
The volume and complexity of the pages will determine a per page price. On top of the production price there will be a cost for Olive Archive Software to enable the publisher to update the archive.

Updating and managing the archive
Clients can update and manage their own archive, but a managed service is available. This is particularly popular where daily production of the live newspaper is outsourced as the whole job of producing new editions and adding old to the archive is managed for you.
